March 26 Dividend and Portfolio Review

Well do you have any more of them dividends? The quarter ending months are always the highest. Most dividend payers and some high ones. Did get chilly here but the cold is done for except at night.

March as a quarter ending month is always a big month and this month did not disappoint. 10 dividends over $100.00 that’s amazing. This months dividend just barely edged out last years dividend. But that’s it’s a beat. This month was 6.24 percent higher than march 25. For the quarter this is 4.81 percent higher than last year at this time. Below where I would like to be but sold and had some cuts. So can’t really complain.

Have not added a much except to my Roth. Saving up money to fix the door on my van so it functions properly.

Top ten lots of activity but of course it dropped this month. I never imagined a top 10 portfolio this high. This month is 65.4 percent of my portfolio. Which is a little bit higher than last months percentage.

March saw buys of AMZN FDUS MPT and LYB. Portfolio fell by over $22,000.00 this month. Still in it for the long term.

Outstanding month last may was the last month Undef $1,000.00 so almost every month will be going forward.

Total portfolio value $672,329.93
Forward annual dividend $17,495.22
Trailing 12 months of Dividends $17,369.28. Expected dividend as of 2026 $17,053.56
Net worth as of Mar 26 $941,005.16

Bought AMZN, FDUS, MPT and LYB
Dividend raises.                                                                   Dividend cuts.
Future goals
Future portfolio value of $750,000.00
Forward annual dividends of $20,000
Future net worth $1,000,000.00
This month I went over $109,000.00 in lifetime dividends.
As I wrap this months report up I’m very pleased with everything. This shows that no matter what you can do the same as I have done and the earlier you start the better off you will be. Just constant buying good quality stocks that raise their value and raise their dividends.
