Another month has come and gone. Hard to believe that 4 months are gone in 2026. Seems like time flies nowadays. One thing that’s consistent no matter what I do is the dividends pay me monthly. They come in whether I invest or not. I stay invested. Preferring a coffee can portfolio approach. Just put a stock in my portfolio and let time do its thing.
Another month over $1000,00 a month. 11 consecutive months. The goal is to keep building up building a solid base and structure to provide income for years. KDP by the end of the year is going to split into 2 companies will be interested to see how both segments perform. The goal is to keep building the MO position then eventually use it to pay the credit card at least twice a year with part of the money.
This month is 5.47 percent higher than last April. And the total 4 the year is 4.94 percent higher than last year. Well below my 15 percent I would like to get. Been awhile since I seen or been close to 15 percent. But I’m confident it will get there someday in the future.
R moved from 6 to 5, XOM fell from 5 to 7, Mo rose from 7 to 6. Finally KR and VLO switched positions. Top 10 stocks that are like a mini account. The top to rise to 65.88 percent of the portfolio compared to the 65.44 last month.
In April my portfolio went up $57,633.80 that is probably my biggest month. 2 raises this month GOOG and AAPL. This month I bought NEE and KR.

As I wrap this months report up I’m very pleased with everything. This shows that no matter what you can do the same as I have done and the earlier you start the better off you will be. Just constant buying good quality stocks that raise their value and raise their dividends.
