AB (NCC) to construct residential care facility in Turku; NCC has
signed an agreement with Nordic Income+ (NIP), a fund managed by
Urban Partners, to build a new residential care facility in Turku,
Finland. The order value is approximately SEK 150 million.
Lockheed
Martin Corporation (LMT) Secures $1.2B Contract for Precision Strike
Missile Increment 2 After Second Maritime Test; The U.S. Army has
awarded LMT an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ)
contract worth up to $1.2 billion to produce Increment 2 of the
Precision Strike Missile (PrSM), further strengthening the nation’s
Arsenal of Freedom after a second flight test demonstrated the
missile’s ability to engage moving maritime targets.

Energy Corporation (TSE:TRP)Announces Sale of Guadalajara-Manzanillo
Pipeline; TRP announced it has entered into an agreement to sell
Energía Occidente de México (EOM), the entity that owns the
Guadalajara-Manzanillo Pipeline, to affiliates of ESENTIA Energy
Development, S.A.B. de C.V. (ESENTIA) for a gross purchase price of
$560 million (US$400 million).

Sampo
plc (SAMPO) has reduced its ownership in NOBA; SAMPO announced
that it has sold approximately 14.7 million shares in NOBA Bank Group
AB (publ.) (“NOBA” or the “Company”) to institutional
investors through an accelerated bookbuilding process. The share sale
generated approximately €111 million in gross proceeds for Sampo.
Following the transaction, Sampo holds approximately 50.1 million
NOBA shares, representing a 10.01% ownership stake in the company.
RTX Corporation
(RTX) announced that it won
a $105.6M firm-fixed-price contract modification for Advanced Medium
Range Air-to-Air Missiles (AMRAAM) parts purchases. The work will be
performed in Tucson, Arizona, with completion expected by August 31,
2027.

AB (NCC) and Hemsö to construct nursing home in Turku; NCC has
been commissioned by Hemsö in Finland to construct a new nursing
home in Turku. The order value is approximately SEK 200 million.
QUALCOMM
Incorporated (QCOM) to Acquire PickNik to Advance the Future of Open
Robotics and Physical AI; QCOM announced its agreement to acquire
PickNik Inc., an industry recognized robotics software company and
longtime steward of MoveIt, one of the world’s most widely adopted
open-source robotics manipulation frameworks. Terms of the deal were
not disclosed, though it is subject to customary closing conditions.
General
Mills, Inc. (GIS) Reports Fiscal 2027 First-quarter Results and
Reaffirms Full-year Outlook; GIS reported first-quarter non-GAAP
EPS of $0.75, representing a 13% decrease from the prior-year period
but exceeding analyst expectations by $0.03. Revenue decreased 3%
year over year to $4.61 billion, surpassing consensus estimates by
$50 million. For fiscal 2027, management reaffirmed organic net sales
to range from a decline of 1.5% to growth of 0.5%. Adjusted operating
profit is projected to decrease by 13% to 8% in constant currency
from the fiscal 2026 base of $2.8 billion, while adjusted diluted EPS
is expected to be in the range of $3.00 to $3.20 per share.
Smurfit
Westrock Plc (SW) Announces Agreement to Acquire CMPC’s Chilean
Containerboard and Corrugated Business; SW announced that it has
agreed to acquire Empresas CMPC’s Chilean containerboard and
corrugated business for $420 million. The acquisition includes a
paper machine located in Santiago with annual production capacity of
approximately 250,000 tons, strengthening the company’s regional
paper system.
L3Harris
Technologies, Inc. (LHX) announced that it was
awarded an $876.4 million contract modification by the U.S. Navy
for the continued development of the Next-Generation Jammer Low Band
system. The contract covers system development, demonstration test
pods, cybersecurity, testing, software, and logistics support for the
U.S. Navy and the Royal Australian Air Force.

Corporation’s (RTX) Pratt & Whitney Canada signs four-year PW127M
maintenance agreement with AirBorneo Airways; Pratt & Whitney
Canada, an RTX (RTX) business, signed a four-year agreement with
Malaysia’s AirBorneo Airways to provide comprehensive maintenance,
repair, and overhaul services (MRO) for the PW127M engines powering
its ATR 72-500 regional turboprop fleet through 2030. AirBorneo
deploys its ATR 72-500 aircraft to support the Rural Air Services
network, providing vital regional air connectivity to remote
communities across East Malaysia.

AB (NCC) to construct 70 kms of high-voltage power lines in Västra
Götaland; NCC has signed a construction contract with Svenska
kraftnät covering the Horred-Breared power line project. The project
is the first construction contract under the Västra Götaland
business package and has an approximate order value of SEK 1 billion.
