March 30, 2026
NCC
AB (NCC) to reinforce nine secondary roads in Norrbotten; NCC has
been commissioned by the Swedish Transport Administration to conduct
road reinforcement and paving works in Norrbotten County. The
measures will increase road load-bearing capacity and improve road
standards and accessibility. The order value is approximately SEK 260
million.
NCC
AB (NCC) to build sports arena in Fredrikstad, Norway; NCC has
been commissioned by Fredrikstad Municipality to construct an ice
center and multi-purpose arena in the city. A construction contract
has now been signed following completion of the development phase,
which was conducted in partnering form. The order value is
approximately SEK 580 million.
RTX Corporation
(RTX) secured
a $3.81 billion fixed-price incentive contract modification to
produce F135 engines for F-35 jets as part of the Joint Strike
Fighter program.
RTX BBN
Technologies, a RTX Corporation (RTX) unit, secured
a $125M contract to provide simulation and optimization tools for
joint deployment and distribution analysis.
The
Government of Canada has selected MAS, a company of L3Harris
Technologies (LHX), for its Strategic Tanker Fleet Sustainment
program. Two contracts have been awarded with an initial combined
value of approximately $1.1 billion, covering aircraft fleet
sustainment and materiel support. The program supports Canada’s
defence priorities, including Arctic sovereignty and allied
operations.

NCC
AB (NCC) to construct new waterworks in Östersund; NCC has been
commissioned by Östersund Municipality to construct a new waterworks
next to the existing Minnesgärde waterworks. The project is a
partnering contract with an order value of approximately SEK 700
million.
NCC
AB (NCC) initiates extensive concreting and groundworks for LKAB in
Gällivare; NCC has signed an agreement with LKAB to conduct
initial work for the new sorting plant in Vitåfors, Gällivare. The
order value is approximately SEK 650 million and comprises concreting
and groundworks.
Unilever
plc (AMS:UNA) announces the combination of Unilever Foods with
McCormick to create a global flavour powerhouse with a superior
growth profile; Unilever PLC and McCormick & Company, Inc.
announced that they have entered into an agreement to combine
Unilever’s Foods business with McCormick. Unilever and its
shareholders will receive, in aggregate, shares equal to 65.0% of the
fully diluted combined company equity and Unilever will receive a
cash payment of $15.7 billion upon closing. Unilever shareholders
will own 55.1% of the fully diluted combined company equity. Unilever
will own a 9.9% stake, underscoring its support and confidence in the
strategic merits, integration plan and execution of the combined
company. Over time, and not earlier than one year after closing,
Unilever intends to sell down its stake in an orderly and considered
manner. McCormick shareholders will own 35.0% of the fully diluted
combined company equity.
Lockheed Martin
Space, a division of Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT), secured
a $1.36 billion contract modification covering both new scope and
previously unpriced work.
Collins Elbit
Vision Systems LLC, a joint venture between RTX Corporation (RTX) and
Elbit Systems of America, secured
a $585.01 million contract to produce and deliver Lot 18–19
helmet-mounted display systems for the U.S. Air Force, Navy, and
Marine Corps.

NCC
AB (NCC) to construct new waterworks in Skutskär; NCC has been
contracted by Gästrike Vatten to build a new waterworks in Mon,
Skutskär, Sweden. The project is part of efforts to strengthen water
supply in Gävle and Älvkarleby municipalities. The order value is
approximately SEK 650 million.
Bank
OZK (OZK) Increases Quarterly Dividend; OZK announced its Board
of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Bank’s
common stock of $0.47 per share, up $0.01, or 2.17% from the prior
quarter. The common stock dividend is payable on April 20, 2026 to
shareholders of record as of April 13, 2026. Bank OZK has increased
its quarterly cash dividend on its common stock in each of the last
sixty-three quarters.

General Dynamics
Corporation’s (GD) subsidiary, General Dynamics Electric Boat (GDEB),
received
a $1.27B contract modification to support Virginia-class submarine
design, development, and lead yard work. This modification includes
options that could raise its total value to $2.49B, only if
exercised.
