I purchased
23shares of JPM US Equity Premium Income Active UCITS ETF (JEIP.DE)
at €21.20 per share plus commission.
Based on the
latest announcement,
for July JEIP pays a dividend of $0.2847. During the seven month
period, JEIP has declared a total dividend of $0.9883, if the
dividend remains at this level in the future, it will be $1.6942 per
year. At today’s exchange rate, that purchase 23 shares of JEIP will
increase €23.91 of my expected annual net dividend income. After
this acquisition my yield on cost is 7.38%, JEIP’s weight of my
portfolio is about 0.56% and its share of future annual dividend
income is approximately 0.86%. For now, my plan is to increase the
amount of JEIP in my portfolio on a monthly basis.
I purchased 34
shares of JPM Nasdaq Equity Premium Income Active UCITS ETF (JEQP.DE)
at €21.10 per share plus commission.
Based on the
latest announcement,
for July JEQP pays a dividend of $0.3672. During the seven month
period, JEQP has declared a total dividend of $1.6184, if the
dividend remains at this level in the future, it will be $2.7744 per
year. At today’s exchange rate, that purchase 34 shares of JEQP will
increase €57.87 of my expected annual net dividend income. After
this acquisition my yield on cost is 12.32%, JEQP’s weight of my
portfolio is about 0.66% and its share of future annual dividend
income is approximately 1.67%. For now, my plan is to increase the
amount of JEIP in my portfolio on a monthly basis.

General
Mills, Inc. (GIS) and Lactalis Receive Regulatory Clearance for U.S.
Yogurt Transaction; GIS and Lactalis today announced that the
regulatory review for the sale of General Mills’ U.S. Yogurt
business to Lactalis is complete, and the transaction is cleared to
close subject to completion of other customary closing conditions.
The companies are targeting to complete the transaction in late June
2025.
Kontoor
Brands, Inc. (KTB) Completes Acquisition of Helly Hansen®; KTB
today announced that it has completed the previously announced
acquisition of Helly Hansen, the global outdoor and workwear brand.
Helly Hansen is expected to be immediately accretive to the Company’s
revenue, adjusted earnings per share and cash flow in fiscal 2025,
consistent with the Company’s outlook provided on May 6, 2025.
June 3, 2025
ONEOK,
Inc. (OKE) Acquires Remaining Interest in Delaware Basin JV; OKE
announced the acquisition of the remaining 49.9% interest in Delaware
G&P LLC (Delaware Basin JV) from NGP XI Midstream Holdings,
L.L.C. for $940 million, consisting of $530 million in cash and $410
million in ONEOK common stock.
RTX
Corporation (RTX) awarded $536 million US Navy contract;
Raytheon, an RTX business, has been awarded a $536 million contract
from the U.S. Navy for the SPY-6 family of radars. The contract is a
follow-on to the previously awarded Integration and Production
Support contract and includes upgrading Flight IIA destroyers with
the SPY-6(V)4 variant.
Algonquin
Power & Utilities Corp. (AQN) Announces Financial Outlook for
2025 through 2027; AQN announced its “Back to Basics” utility
customer-centric capital plan aimed at “delivering steady
predictable returns for investors through focused utility execution
and capital discipline.” AQN guided for current-year adjusted
earnings of $0.30-$0.32/share, mostly above FY 2024 adjusted
earnings. The company also said it expects operating expenses as a
percentage of revenue to improve by 5%-7% by the end of 2027, and
anticipates its earned return on equity will improve by ~300 bps to
~8.5% by 2027.

NCC
AB (NCC) to expand Borgunda waterworks in Skaraborg, Sweden; NCC
and the municipal water association Skaraborgsvatten are to partner
to expand Borgunda waterworks, adding a new treatment stage.
Production has commenced and the project is scheduled for completion
in summer 2027. The project has an order value of approximately SEK
150 million.
RTX
Corporation (RTX) awarded $1.1 billion U.S. Navy contract;
Raytheon, an RTX business, was awarded a $1.1 billion contract from
the U.S. Navy to produce AIM-9X Block II missiles. This is the
largest contract awarded for the program and will increase production
to 2,500 missiles per year.
Main
Street Capital Corporation (MAIN) Announces New Portfolio Investment;
MAIN announced on Wednesday a new $45.4M portfolio investment in an
“aerial survey and geospatial services provider”. MAIN
partnered with its existing investors to facilitate the minority
recapitalization with a combination of first lien, senior secured
term debt, and a direct equity investment.

QUALCOMM
Incorporated (QCOM) Acquires Autotalks; QCOM announced that its
subsidiary, Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., has completed the
acquisition of Autotalks, an industry leader in direct
vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication solutions. V2X
technologies, which enable communication between vehicles and their
surroundings, have become increasingly critical for enhancing road
safety and transportation efficiency. The terms of the transaction
were not disclosed.
Kimberly-Clark
Corporation (KMB) Announces Major Step Forward in its Powering Care
Transformation; KMB announced that it has entered into an
agreement with Suzano (NYSE: SUZ) to form a strategic partnership,
creating a preeminent international tissue and professional products
company and sharpening Kimberly-Clark’s focus on its higher growth,
higher margin businesses. Kimberly-Clark will own a 49% interest in
the new venture, which will include substantially all the assets of
its International Family Care and Professional (“IFP”)
business, and Suzano will own 51%. KMB noted that, upon closing, the
transaction is expected to be approximately $0.30-0.40 dilutive to
Adjusted Earnings Per Share in the first full year following close,
including the Company’s expectation to return the initial cash
proceeds from the transaction, net of taxes and transaction costs, to
shareholders through share repurchases.
LyondellBasell
Industries N.V. (LYB) enters into an agreement and exclusive
negotiations with AEQUITA for the sale of four European Strategic
Assessment assets; LYB announced that it has entered into an
agreement and exclusive negotiations with AEQUITA for the sale of
select olefins & polyolefins assets and the associated business
in Europe. The sites to be sold have been part of the previously
announced European strategic assessment and are located in Berre
(France), Münchsmünster (Germany), Carrington (UK), and Tarragona
(Spain).
