a quarterly distribution increase of from $0.355 to $0.373 per share
that’s payable March 31, 2025 to holders of record February 28,
2025. This represents a 5.07% increase over the last quarterly
dividend.
In conjunction with the Partnership’s
distribution declaration, the Board of Directors of Brookfield
Renewable Corporation (BEPC) have declared an equivalent quarterly
dividend of $0.373 per share, also payable on March 31, 2025 to
shareholders of record as at the close of business on February 28,
2025.
At the current price of $25.89 (today’s open), this increase will raise BIPC’s dividend yield
to 5.76%.
