October is done and gone. 2 more months left in the year. Where does time go? Are we ready for Thanksgiving? Is it cold where you are at? It hasn’t been particularly cold in the high desert of NM but it will get there. What is your favorite thing about fall?
Another month of hitting $1,000.00 dollars. Fifth month in a row and so far 9 of 10 months this year. Someday those under $1000.00 months will be a thing of the past.
MO is my first payment to cross $500.00. That is incredible. Don’t know when KDP will split but it won’t be this high a payment much longer. Hopefully both companies continue to pay a dividend.

This month I am 35.77 percent higher than last Oct. RITM moved its payment last year to November, this year is back for the year I’m 10.4 percent higher than last year. If I can end the year above 10 percent I’ll be happy.
Didn’t screen shot my top 10 this month for some reason. I remember looking at it no changes except for size. I thought I did but nothing on my photos. Got to due better.
Value went up but just a smidgeon to around $3,000.00 dollars.

As I wrap this months report up I’m very pleased with everything. This shows that no matter what you can do the same as I have done and the earlier you start the better off you will be. Just constant buying good quality stocks that raise their value and raise their dividends.
