July is over with and the dividends been counted and the portfolio has been reviewed. It was a great month besides the down days at the end of the month, have to take the good with the bad, so to speak. In July we have a baseball tournament called Connie Mack under 18. Went every day to watch. It’s nice watching fun baseball.
Another month over $1000 makes 14 months in a row. I think it’s almost safe to say most months will be over minus a huge dividend cut or one moves to a different schedule. The big one was MO it is huge almost half the month from dividends right there. RITM in my ROTH is the second highest, with 3 stocks knocking on the threshold of $100 payout. This month is 6.85 percent higher than last July. For the year I am up 4.59 percent
KDP is supposed to split so that payment will drop most likely but hopefully the combined dividend will equal or exceed that. RITM has talked about splitting off for a few years but haven’t.
My top ten it’s like a mini portfolio itself. Never imagined this it’s amazing MSFT rose from 8 to 6 MO and XOM dropped one spot. This months total was 67.44 percentage a smidgean over last months 67.22. It keeps growing, and amazes me
This month my portfolio gained $30,170.81. Am starting to see bigger gains as it grows. Also seeing bigger losses. Hopefully it keeps growing. Purchased NXST, MSFT, and BAC. Always adding income sometimes slowly other times in big bunches. Raising their dividends was R, DUK, and BAC, providing an extra $148.65 a year in dividends.

As I wrap this months report up I’m very pleased with everything. This shows that no matter what you can do the same as I have done and the earlier you start the better off you will be. Just constant buying good quality stocks that raise their value and raise their dividends.
