January 26 Portfolio and Dividend Review

January is done it wasn’t that cold. Had to get new wheels on my truck for some stuff that happened in Dec. It is up and running and one day will be brand new again lol. The markets were up.

Another month over $1000.00. It’s the 8th straight month of over $1000.00. Might be over $1000.00 every month from here on out. Building up bigger payments is what I’m doing. Two payments over $100 and 2 closing in. Not a lot of dividends but they pack a punch so to speak.

While I love my dividends I also want growth in stock price. I have achieved that. Some stocks just took off it’s like wait I want to invest more and more and build you up.

I hear people question why people add to stocks at all time highs. My answer is 2 fold why not and today’s highs could be tomorrow’s lows.

This months dividend total is just a smidgen over last years Jan total. It comes out to 2.15 percent way below the 15 percent I want but it’s a positive and that’s what matters.

About $4000,00 dollars higher than last month. Never thought my top 10 would be this massive. It’s amazing what time in the market can do. All it takes is a little patience. Only swaps was MSFT and R. The top 10 makes up 65.98 percent down from 66.8 from last month.

This month’s activities 1 buy OMF. 2 raises CVX and VLO.

Total portfolio value $675,323.07
Forward annual dividend $17,642.43
Trailing 12 months of Dividends $17,321.52. Expected dividend as of 2026 $12,535.92
Net worth as of Dec 25 $930,860.08
Sells
Bought OMF
Dividend raises  CVX, VLO.
Future goals
Future portfolio value of $750,000.00
Forward annual dividends of $20,000
Future net worth $1,000,000.00
This month I went over $106,000.00 in lifetime dividends.
As I wrap this months report up I’m very pleased with everything. This shows that no matter what you can do the same as I have done and the earlier you start the better off you will be. Just constant buying good quality stocks that raise their value and raise their dividends.
