I purchased 15
shares of Intact Financial Corporation (IFC.TO)at C$261.14 per share
plus commission.


At today’s
exchange rate, this purchase is expected to increase my annual net
dividend income by approximately €40.67. Following this
acquisition, my portfolio now holds a total of 30 shares of Intact
Financial Corporation, with an average purchase price of C$261.93 per
share and a yield on cost of 2.24%.

After the
transaction, IFC represents approximately 0.57% of my portfolio by
weight and contributes about 0.34% to my projected annual dividend
income.


February 24, 2026


I opened a new
position in Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP), purchasing 20
shares at $204.10 per share, plus commission.


At today’s
exchange rate, this investment increases my expected annual net
dividend income by €85.93. With a starting yield on cost of 3.33%. ADP now represents approximately 0.44% of my total portfolio and
contributes about 0.36% to my projected annual dividend income.

Energy, Inc. (D) Announces Fourth-Quarter 2025 Results
; D
reported fourth-quarter non-GAAP EPS of $0.68, up 17.2% year over
year and $0.01 above analyst expectations. Revenue totaled $4.09
billion, rising 20.3% from the same period last year and $370 million
above estimates. Management announced full-year 2026 operating
earnings guidance of $3.45 to $3.69 per share.


ONEOK,
Inc. (OKE) Announces Fourth Quarter 2025 Earnings
; OKE reported
fourth-quarter 2025 GAAP EPS of $1.55 down 1.3% year-over-year but
$0.06 above analyst estimates. Adjusted EBITDA down to $2.145 billion
from $2.174 billion a year earlier. For FY 2026 Management guides net
income of 3.18 billion to 3.71 billion and Earnings per diluted share
of $5.04 to $5.87.


Gilead
Sciences, Inc. (GILD) to Acquire Arcellx to Maximize Long-Term
Potential of Anito-cel
; GILD announced that it has entered into a
definitive agreement to acquire Arcellx (Nasdaq: ACLX) for $115 per
share in cash at closing and one contingent value right of $5 per
share, which represents an implied equity value of $7.8 billion
payable at closing.


Emera
Incorporated (EMA) Reports 2025 Fourth Quarter Financial Results
;
EMA reported fourth-quarter adjusted net income of C$0.55 per share,
down 34.5% year over year and C$0.01 below analyst expectations.
Revenue increased 13.8% to C$2.01 billion, significantly above the
C$1.32 billion consensus estimate. Looking ahead, management extended
its average adjusted EPS growth target of 5% to 7% through 2030.

NCC
AB (NCC) to construct student housing in Gothenburg
; NCC has been
commissioned to construct Nya Holtermanska student and researcher
housing on behalf of Chalmers Student Housing, providing nearly 500
students with accommodation directly adjacent to Chalmers University
of Technology in Gothenburg.


The
Home Depot, Inc. (HD) Announces Fourth Quarter Fiscal 2025 Results
;
HD reported fourth-quarter non-GAAP EPS of $2.72, down 13.1% year
over year but $0.20 above analyst expectations. Revenue totaled $38.2
billion, exceeding estimates by $100 million, though down 3.8% from
the same quarter last year. For fiscal 2026, management expects total
sales growth of approximately 2.5% to 4.5% and projects adjusted
diluted EPS growth of approximately flat to 4.0%, from $14.69 in
fiscal 2025.


The
Home Depot, Inc. (HD) Increases Quarterly Dividend
; HD announced
that its board of directors approved a 1.3% increase in its quarterly
dividend to $2.33 per share, which equates to an annual dividend of
$9.32 per share. The dividend is payable on March 26, 2026, to
shareholders of record at the close of business on March 12, 2026.


LTC
Properties, Inc. (LTC) Reports 2025 Fourth Quarter Results
; LTC
reported fourth-quarter FFO of $0.70 per share, up 7.7% year over
year and $0.02 above analyst expectations. Revenue increased 60.3% to
$84.29 million, in line with analyst estimates. For 2026, management
guides core FFO in the range of $2.75 to $2.79 per share.


Realty
Income Corporation (O) Announces Operating Results for the Three
Months and Year Ended December 31, 2025
; O reported third-quarter
FFO of $1.08 per share, up 2.86% year over year but $0.01 below
analyst expectations. Revenue increased 11.2% to $1.49 billion,
beating estimates by $100 million. For fiscal 2026, management guides
AFFO in the range of $4.38 to $4.42 per share.


The
Bank of Nova Scotia (BNS) Reports First Quarter Results
; BNS
reported first-quarter non-GAAP EPS of C$2.05, up 16.5% year over
year and C$0.10 above analyst expectations. Revenue rose 3.0% to
C$9.65 billion, but missed estimates by C$70 million. Adjusted return
on equity (ROE) was 13% compared to 11.8% a year ago. The bank
reported a Common Equity Tier 1 (CET1) ratio of 13.3%, down
approximately 10 basis points sequentially. Provisions for credit
losses (PCL) totaled C$1.18 billion, compared with C$1.11 billion in
Q4 and C$1.16 billion in the same quarter last year.

NCC
AB (NCC) to carry out extensive roadworks on E4 expressway in Umeå,
Sweden
; NCC has been commissioned by the Swedish Transport
Administration to carry out extensive upgrading works on the E4
expressway between Hörnefors and Stöcksjö, south of Umeå. The
order value is approximately SEK 300 million.


Essential
Utilities, Inc. (WTRG) Reports Financial Results for Full Year 2025
;
WTRG reported full-year GAAP EPS of $2.20, up 1.38% year over year
and $0.06 above analyst expectations. Revenue increased 18.7% to
$2.48 billion, exceeding estimates by $240 million. Management is
introducing standalone 2026 adjusted diluted EPS guidance of
$3.08-3.18


H2O
America (HTO) Announces 2025 Financial Results and Updated Five-Year
Plan
; HTO reported fourth-quarter non-GAAP EPS of $0.46, down
37.8% year over year and $0.04 below analyst expectations. Revenue
declined 1.9% to $194.1 million, missing estimates by $23.3 million.
Management narrowed its 2025 adjusted diluted EPS guidance to
$2.95–$3.00. The company also reaffirmed its non-linear long-term
diluted EPS growth target of 5%–7% through 2029, anchored to 2022
diluted EPS of $2.43, and increased its long-term adjusted diluted
EPS CAGR target to 6%–8%.


Avista
Corporation (AVA) Reports 2025 Financial Results, Initiates 2026
Utility Earnings Guidance
; AVA reported quarterly non-GAAP EPS of
$0.87, up 3.57% year over year but $0.15 below analyst expectations.
Revenue increased 0.2% to $518 million, missing estimates by $23.1
million. Management initiated 2026 non-GAAP utility earnings guidance
of $2.52 to $2.72 per diluted share.


Pinnacle
West Capital Corporation (PNW) Reports 2025 Full-Year and
Fourth-Quarter Results
; PNW reported fourth-quarter GAAP EPS of
$0.13, compared with a loss of $0.06 a year earlier and $0.08 above
analyst expectations. Revenue totaled $1.13 billion, up 3.7% year
over year, but missed estimates by $40 million. For 2026, management
expects consolidated earnings of $4.55 to $4.75 per diluted share, on
a weather-normalized basis.


Golar
LNG Limited (GLNG) Preliminary fourth quarter and financial year 2025
results
; GLNG reported Q4 2025 net income attributable to Golar
of $10 million, up 130% year over year, inclusive of $28 million of
non-cash items. Adjusted EBITDA increased 54% to $91 million. Revenue
surged 101.5% to $132.81 million, beating estimates by $5.62 million.

NextEra
Energy, Inc. (NEE) to Sell Equity Units
; announced that it
intends to sell $2.00 billion of equity units in a public offering.
NEE expects to grant to the underwriters an option to purchase up to
an additional $0.30 billion of equity units solely for the purpose of
covering over-allotments.


Viatris
Inc. (VTRS) Reports Fourth-Quarter and Full-Year 2025 Financial
Results
; VTRS reported fourth-quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $0.57, up
6% year-over-year and $0.04 above analyst expectations. Revenue
increased 5.1% to $3.7 billion, surpassing estimates by $170 million.
For full-year 2026, management guides revenue between $14.45 billion
and $14.95 billion and adjusted EPS of $2.33 to $2.47.


Eaton
Corporation plc (ETN) Increases Quarterly Dividend
; The Board of
Directors of ETN declared a quarterly dividend of $1.10 per ordinary
share, an increase of 6% from prior dividend of $1.04. The dividend
is payable March 27, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of
business on March 10, 2026.


Main
Street Capital Corporation (MAIN) Announces 2025 Fourth Quarter and
Annual Results
; MAIN reported Q4 2025 net investment income (NII)
of $1.03 per share, up 5% year over year and $0.02 above analyst
expectations. Total investment income increased 3.6% to $145.54
million, exceeding estimates by $2.44 million. Net asset value (NAV)
was $33.33 per share as of December 31, 2025, up $0.48 per share
(1.7%) from $32.78 at the end of the prior quarter.


Royal
Bank of Canada (RY) Reports First Quarter 2026 Results
; RY
reported quarterly adjusted EPS of C$4.08, up from C$3.62 a year ago
and C$0.24 above analyst expectations. Revenue increased 7.3% year
over year to C$17.96 billion, beating estimates by C$410 million. The
bank’s Common Equity Tier 1 (CET1) ratio strengthened to 13.7%, up
20 basis points sequentially. Adjusted return on equity (ROE)
improved to 17.8%, compared with 17.2% a year ago. Provisions for
credit losses (PCL) totaled C$1,090 million, up from C$1,007 million
in the prior quarter and C$1,050 million in the year-ago period.


The
Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD) Reports First Quarter 2026 Results
; TD
reported first-quarter non-GAAP EPS of C$2.44, up 20.8% year over
year and C$0.18 above analyst expectations. Revenue increased 10.6%
to C$16.63 billion, exceeding estimates by C$2.11 billion. Adjusted
return on equity (ROE) improved to 14.2%, compared with 13.2% a year
ago. The bank’s Common Equity Tier 1 (CET1) ratio was 14.5% as of
January 31, 2026, down from 14.7% in the prior quarter but up from
13.1% a year earlier. Provisions for credit losses (PCL) rose
slightly to C$1.04 billion from C$982 million in Q4, but declined
from C$1.21 billion in the same quarter last year.


Canadian
Imperial Bank of Commerce (CM) Announces First Quarter 2026 Results
;
CM reported fiscal Q1 non-GAAP EPS of C$2.76, up 25.0% from C$2.21 a
year ago and C$0.33 above analyst expectations. Revenue increased
15.4% to C$8.4 billion, exceeding consensus by C$700 million. The
bank’s Common Equity Tier 1 (CET1) ratio was 13.4% as of January
31, 2026, compared with 13.3% in the prior quarter. Provisions for
credit losses (PCL) totaled C$568 million, down C$5 million year over
year. Adjusted return on equity (ROE) improved to 17.4%, up from
15.3% a year ago.


Pembina
Pipeline Corporation (TSE:PPL) Reports Results for the Fourth Quarter
of 2025 and Provides Business Update
; PPL reported fourth-quarter
GAAP EPS of C$0.78, down from C$0.92 a year earlierbut C$0.01 above
analyst expectations. Revenue declined 11.2% year-over-year to C$1.91
billion, missing estimates of C$70 million.


Canadian
Utilities Limited (TSE:CU) Reports Fourth Quarter 2025 Earnings
;
CU reported fourth-quarter 2025 adjusted earnings of C$197 million,
or C$0.72 per share, which were C$6 million (C$0.02 per share) lower
compared to C$203 million (C$0.74 per share) in the fourth quarter of
2024.
