Sciences, Inc. (GILD) Expands Liver Portfolio With Acquisition of
CymaBay Therapeutics
; GILD and CymaBay Therapeutics, Inc.
(Nasdaq: CBAY) announced today a definitive agreement under which
Gilead will acquire CymaBay for $32.50 per share in cash or a total
equity value of $4.3 billion.

Corporation plc (ETN) modernizes its manufacturing footprint with two
new smart factories
; ETN announced today its continued commitment
to modernizing the company’s manufacturing footprint with smart
factories in Juarez, Mexico, and Changzhou, China.

February 13, 2024

Corporation (ORION) Reports Fourth-Quarter and Full-Year Results
; ORION reports fourth quarter EPS of €0.54, 135% above
last year’s result and €0.11 more than expected. Revenue grew 9% to
€321 million, which was €2 million more than expected. Management
guides net sales to be €1,340 million to €1,410 million and
operating profit to be €270 million to €310 million. The Board of
Directors proposes a dividend of €1.62 per share to be paid for

plc (MANTA) Reports Fourth-Quarter and Full-Year Results 2023
MANTA reports Profit before taxes of €46.3 million, missing analyst
estimates by €14.7 million and decreasing 26% year-over-year. The
Board of Directors proposes to pay a dividend of €0.33 per share
for 2023.

Energy (ES) Announces Pathway to Fully Exit its Offshore Wind
; ES agreed to sell its 50% stakes in the South Fork
Wind and Revolution Wind projects off the northeast U.S. coast to
Global Infrastructure Partners for approximately $1.1B in cash,
allowing it to move closer to its goal of exiting the struggling wind
power industry.

Energy (ES) Reports Full-Year Results
; ES reports Non-GAAP EPS of
$0.95, missing analyst estimates by $0.02 but increasing 3.3%
year-over-year. Revenue fell 11.2% to $2.69 billion, missing analyst
estimates by $550 million. For FY 2024 Management guides adjusted EPS
of $4.50-$4.67 and and said it is exploring the potential sale of its
Aquarion water distribution business.

Coca-Cola Company (KO) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2023
; KO reports fourth quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $0.49, 10%
above from last year and in line with estimates. Revenue grew 6.9% to
$10.8 billion, topping estimates $150 million. Management expects to
deliver comparable currency neutral EPS (non-GAAP) growth of 8% to
10% and comparable EPS (non-GAAP) growth of 4% to 5%, versus $2.69 in
2023 and expects to generate free cash flow (non-GAAP) of
approximately $9.2 billion through cash flow from operations of
approximately $11.4 billion, less capital expenditures of
approximately $2.2 billion.

Corporation’s (RTX) Pratt & Whitney receives a $355 million F100
engine sustainment contract
; RTX announced that its Pratt &
Whitney unit was awarded an F100 engine performance-based logistics
sustainment contract by South Korea’s Defense Acquisition Program

Corporation’s Sales in January
; KESKO’s sales in January 2024
totalled €894.8 million, representing a decrease of 0.8%.

Gas Holding Ltd (AVANCE) Reports Fourth Quarter 2023 Earnings
AVANCE reports fourth quarter GAAP EPS of $0.80, 77.8% above from
last year and in line with estimates. Revenue grew 65% to $111.22
million, topping estimates $20.83 million. The board declared a
dividend of $0.65 per share for the fourth quarter 2023, 30% more
than from the third quarter.

Ahold Delhaize N.V. (AMS:AD) Reports Q4 2023 Financial Results
AD reports fourth quarter Non-GAAP EPS of €0.73, 2.5% above from
last year and €0.07 ahead of estimates. Revenue grew 1.9% at
constant exchange rates to €23.02 billion, topping estimates €3
million. Management proposes a cash dividend of €1.10 for fiscal
year 2023, which is a 4.8% increase compared to 2022. For 2024
Management guides underlying operating margin of ≥4.0%, underlying
EPS at around 2023 levels, free cash flow of around €2.3 billion
and net capital expenditures of around €2.2 billion.

Systems, Inc. (CSCO) Reports Second Quarter Earnings
reports second quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $0.87, 1% below last year’s
result but $0.03 more than expected. Revenue of $12.8 billion beats
analyst estimates by $100 million but decreased 5.9% versus the same
quarter last year. For fiscal year 2024 Management guides Revenue of
$51.5 billion to $52.5 billion and Non-GAAP EPS of $3.68 to $3.74.

Systems, Inc. (CSCO) Increased Quarterly Dividend
; CSCO declared
a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per common share, a 1-cent increase or
up 3%, over the previous quarter’s dividend, to be paid on April 24,
2024, to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on
April 4, 2024.

Kraft Heinz Company (KHC) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2023
; KHC reports fourth quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $0.78, 8.2%
below from last year but $0.01 ahead of estimates. Revenue of $6.9
billion misses analyst estimates by $80 million and decreased 7.1%
versus the same quarter last year. For fiscal year 2024 Management
guides Net Sales growth of 0 to 2 percent versus the prior year,
Adjusted Operating Income growth of 2 to 4 percent versus the prior
year and Adjusted EPS growth of 1 to 3 percent, or in the range of
$3.01 to $3.07.

Financial Corporation (MFC) Reports Full Year Fourth Quarter and 2023
; MFC reports Q4 Core EPS of C$0.92, beating analyst
estimates by C$0.07 and increasing 20% year-over-year. Core earnings
of $1.8 billion in 4Q23, up 15% from 4Q22.

Financial Corporation (MFC) Increased Quarterly Dividend
; MFC s
Board of Directors today announced an increase of 9.6% or 3.5 cents
per share to its quarterly common shareholders’ dividend resulting
in a dividend of $0.40 per share on the common shares of Manulife,
payable on and after March 19, 2024, to shareholders of record at the
close of business on February 28, 2024.

Coca-Cola Company (KO) Increased Quarterly Dividend
; The Board of
Directors of KO today approved the company’s 62nd consecutive
annual dividend increase, raising the quarterly dividend
approximately 5.4% from 46 cents to 48.5 cents per common share. The
first quarter dividend is payable April 1 to shareowners of record as
of March 15.

Realty Trust, Inc. (DLR) Reports Fourth Quarter 2023 Results
reports Core FFO per share of $1.63, missing analyst estimates by
$0.03 and decreasing 1.2% year-over-year. Revenue of $1.4 billion, in
line with analyst estimates and increased 11% versus the same quarter
last year. Management guides 2024 Core FFO per share of $6.60 –

Properties, Inc. (LTC) Reports 2023 Fourth Quarter Results
reports fourth quarter FFO of $0.57, 20.8% below last year’s result
and $0.10 less than expected. Revenue of $50.2 million beats analyst
estimates by $0.51 million and increased 4.9% versus the same quarter
last year.

February 16, 2024

Energy, Inc. (NEE) Increases Quarterly Dividend
; The board of
directors of NEE declared a regular quarterly common stock dividend
of $0.515 per share, an approximate 10% increase versus the
prior-year comparable quarterly dividend. The dividend is payable on
March 15, 2024, to shareholders of record on Feb. 27, 2024. The board
also approved an updated dividend policy beyond 2024, which is
expected to translate to a growth rate in dividends per share of
roughly 10% per year through at least 2026, off a 2024 base, which is
expected to be $2.06 per share.

Energy Corporation (TRP) Reports 2023 Operating And Financial
; TRP reports Q4 Non-GAAP EPS of C$1.35, beating analyst
estimates by C$0.24 and increasing 22% year-over-year. For 2024
Management guides Comparable EBITDA to be C$11.2 to C$11.5 billion,
Comparable earnings per common share is expected to be lower than
2023 and capital expenditures are anticipated to be approximately
C$8.5 to C$9.0 billion.

Energy Corporation (TRP) Increased Quarterly Dividend
announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend
of C$0.96 per common share, an increase of 3.2%. The common share
dividend is payable on Apr. 30, 2024, to shareholders of record at
the close of business on Mar. 28, 2024.
