Nordea
Bank Abp (NDA) completes its share buy-back programme announced in
June 2025
; NDA has now completed its share buy-back programme
announced in June 2025. From 16 June 2025 to 19 September 2025,
Nordea repurchased 19,292,616 of its own shares (FI4000297767) at an
average price per share of €12.95.


Pfizer
Inc. (PFE) to Acquire Metsera and its Next-Generation Obesity
Portfolio
; PFE and Metsera, Inc. (NASDAQ: MTSR) today announced
the companies have entered into a definitive agreement under which
Pfizer will acquire Metsera, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical
company accelerating the next generation of medicines for obesity and
cardiometabolic diseases. Under the terms of the agreement, Pfizer
will acquire all outstanding shares of Metsera common stock for
$47.50 per share in cash at closing, representing an enterprise value
of approximately $4.9 billion. Additionally, the agreement includes a
non-transferable contingent value right (CVR) entitling holders to
potential additional payments of up to $22.50 per share in cash tied
to three specific clinical and regulatory milestones.


RTX Corporation’s
(RTX) Missile and Defense (NYSE:RTX) was awarded
a $271.4 million modification to contract for the full-rate
production of the Tube-Launched Optically Tracked Missile Weapon
System, including the TOW Obsolescence and Safety 2B missile variant.

UPM-Kymmene
Corporation (UPM) Initiates a Strategic Review of UPM Plywood
Business Area
; UPM’s Board of Directors has decided to initiate
a strategic review of UPM Plywood business area to assess options for
maximizing the long-term potential of the Plywood business in an
evolving market environment. The strategic review includes a range of
possibilities, including a potential separation from UPM through for
example a divestment, partial demerger or initial public offering.
The aim is to determine the best path forward for the Plywood
business, while also benefiting the value creation for UPM’s
shareholders.


Altria
Group, Inc. (MO) Enters Memorandum of Understanding With KT&G to
Pursue Long-term Adjacent Growth
; MO has signed a non-binding
collaboration deal with South Korean tobacco and consumer products
company KT&G, to explore opportunities in non-nicotine products
and smoke-free nicotine products.


Archer-Daniels-Midland
Company (ADM) and Alltech to Bring Together Unparalleled Expertise
and Experience in New North American Animal Feed Joint Venture
;
ADM signed a definitive agreement with agricultural products
developer Alltech to launch a North American animal feed joint
venture, aiming to reduce costs and simplify its portfolio.

RTX Corporation´s
(RTX) Missile Defense (NYSE:RTX) was awarded
a $578.6 million firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement of
Stinger missiles, ancillary equipment, and support.


September 25, 2025


Lockheed Martin
Corporation (LMT) is awarded
a $610 million modification to a previously awarded fixed-price
incentive, undefinitized, advanced acquisition contract.


General
Dynamics Corporation (GD) Awarded $1.5 Billion Enterprise IT
Modernization Contract
; General Dynamics Information Technology
(GDIT), a business unit of GD, announced that it was awarded an
enterprise IT modernization contract to strengthen the U.S. Strategic
Command’s (STRATCOM) operational readiness. The new $1.5 billion
contract, awarded in May, covers a one-year base period and six
option years.


RTX Corporation
(RTX) is being awarded
$602.9 million for a firm-fixed-price contract for spare parts and
repair of assemblies related to the active electronically scanned
array radar system used in support of the F/A-18 aircraft and RTX
also is being awarded
a $497.69 million firm-fixed-price contract (N0003925D2002) to
produce, test, and deliver fully integrated Navy Multiband Terminals
(NMT).


Emera
Incorporated (TSE:EMA) Increases Quarterly Dividend
; EMA
announces that its Board of Directors have approved an increase in
the company’s quarterly dividend on its common share from C$0.725
to C$0.7325 per share. The new quarterly dividend represents an
annualized dividend of $2.93, a 1% increase from the previous annual
dividend of $2.90 per share.

Lockheed
Martin Corporation (LMT) Sikorsky Receives Five-Year Contract to
Build Up to 99 CH-53K® Heavy Lift Helicopters for the U.S. Marine
Corps
; LMT announced its Sikorsky subsidiary was awarded a $10.85
billion contract from the U.S. Navy to build as many as 99 CH-53K
King Stallion helicopters over five years for the U.S. Marine Corps,
the largest-ever quantity order for the aircraft.
