I purchased 26
shares of JPM US Equity Premium Income Active UCITS ETF (JEIP.DE) at
€19.85 per share plus commission.
Based on the
latest announcement,
for May JEIP pays a dividend of $0.1030. During the five month
period, JEIP has declared a total dividend of $0.6093, if the
dividend remains at this level in the future, it will be $1.462 per
year. At today’s exchange rate, that purchase 26 shares of JEIP will
increase €23.80 of my expected annual net dividend income. After
this acquisition my yield on cost is 6.22%, JEIP’s weight of my
portfolio is about 0.67% and its share of future annual dividend
income is approximately 0.56%. For now, my plan is to increase the
amount of JEIP in my portfolio on a monthly basis.
I purchased 40
shares of JPM Nasdaq Equity Premium Income Active UCITS ETF (JEQP.DE)
at €18.81 per share plus commission.
Based on the
latest announcement,
for May JEQP pays a dividend of $0.2086. During the five month
period, JEQP has declared a total dividend of $0.9472, if the
dividend remains at this level in the future, it will be $2.273 per
year. At today’s exchange rate, that purchase 40 shares of JEQP will
increase €56.99 of my expected annual net dividend income. After
this acquisition my yield on cost is 9.82%, JEQP’s weight of my
portfolio is about 0.47% and its share of future annual dividend
income is approximately 0.97%. For now, my plan is to increase the
amount of JEIP in my portfolio on a monthly basis.

I purchased 15
shares of Canadian National Railway Company (TSE:CNR) at C$132.77 per
share plus commission.
At today’s
exchange rate, that purchase 15 shares of CNR will increase €25.19
of my expected annual net dividend income. Following this
acquisition, the portfolio now contains a total of 50 Canadian
National Railway shares at an average purchase price of C$147.87 and
yield on cost is 2.40%. After this acquisition, CNR ’s weight of my
portfolio is about 0.66% and its share of future annual dividend
income is approximately 0.37%.

Neste
Corporation (NESTE) proceeds in implementing its performance
improvement program and has completed its global change negotiations
process; The related global change negotiations announced on 13
February 2025 have now been completed. NESTE will simplify its
operating model and increase internal efficiency. In total, about 510
positions are ending globally, of which 370 positions in Finland.
With these changes the company is targeting total annual cost savings
of approximately EUR 65 million. NESTE targets a total of EUR 350
million EBITDA run rate improvement by the end of 2026, of which EUR
250 million from operational costs.

NCC
AB (NCC) signs asphalt contracts in Norway for SEK 250 million;
NCC has signed five asphalt contracts with the Norwegian Public Roads
Administration. The term of the contracts is one year, and the total
order value is approximately SEK 250 million.
The
Procter & Gamble Company (PG) Declares Dividend Increase; PG
declares $1.0568/share quarterly dividend, 5% increase from prior
dividend of $1.0065, payable on or after May 15, 2025 for
shareholders of record at the close of business on April 21, 2025.
United
Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS) Makes Bold Moves with Ground Portfolio
Expansion; UPS is doubling down on its customer-first strategy by
expanding its end-to-end portfolio with two ground shipping options
for residential and commercial shippers: UPS Ground Saver® and UPS®
Ground with Freight Pricing.

Neste
Corporation (NESTE) started producing sustainable aviation fuel (SAF)
at its renewables refinery in Rotterdam, the Netherlands; NESTE
has started producing SAF at its renewable products refinery in
Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The refinery has been modified to enable
Neste to produce up to 500,000 tons of SAF per annum. As a result,
Neste’s global SAF production capability has increased to 1.5
million tons per annum.
NCC
AB (NCC) receives new assignment at Ryhov County Hospital; NCC
has received an additional assignment from Regionfastigheter as part
of the framework agreement, signed in 2023, for future-proofing Ryhov
County Hospital. This sub-project includes the refurbishment and
extension of Akutspåret at Ryhov County Hospital in Jönköping. The
project is a turnkey contract in partnering form and is valued at
approximately SEK 150 million.
NCC
AB (NCC) to build new recycling center in Kiruna; NCC has been
commissioned by LKAB to construct a new recycling center in Kiruna.
The project is a turnkey contract with an order value of
approximately SEK 160 million, and completion is scheduled for the
autumn of 2026.

Under Management For March 2025; TROW reported preliminary
month-end assets under management of $1.57 trillion as of March 31,
2025. Preliminary net outflows were $1.8 billion for March 2025 and
$8.6 billion for the quarter-ended March 2025.

Private Loan Portfolio Activity; During the first quarter of
2025, MAIN originated new or increased commitments in its private
loan portfolio of $130.4 million and funded total investments across
