As the year is coming to an end and November is already over halfway through, it’s time to report my dividend income for October. In October 2022, the dividend income for my portfolio was as follows:
My Total dividends in October are € 2,448.77 ($ 2,407.87). After taxes, my net dividend income is € 1,812.90 ($ 1,782.60). In year 2021, my net dividend income in October was € 1,672.06 ($ 1,937.41). My portfolio’s net dividend income increased by € 140.84 or 8.42% to compared the same month of previous year. Compared to the previous year, there have been some changes to the dividend income of October: Three new dividend payers have joined to the portfolio, namely BBY, MPW and ONL, two have left it BONAVA and VER. Additional purchase such a CM.TO, change of dividend payment schedule of KESKO from semiannual to quarterly. Compared to a year ago, the holdings also included some solid dividend increases like EIX, PEP, ITW, and MAIN. Recent exchange rate developments have also had a positive impact on the portfolio’s dividend income in euro.
This net passive income of € 1,812.90 means that I received a nice € 58.48 every day or € 2.44 per every hour during October, no matter what I did. Until the end of October, the corresponding amounts are €62.84 per day and €2.62 per hour.
This month’s dividend increased my cumulative net dividend income € 130,922.46.

Net passive income for October was € 1,812.90, year total for to date € 19,103.29
Total expenditure for October was € 1,636.24, year total for to date € 15,713.99
The result for October was € 176.66, year total for to date € 3,389.30
I have now collected 95.5% of my target net passive income for this year, which is € 20,000.00. After October, it looks like I will exceed my target by a clear margin.
